Modine offers a complete line of indoor and outdoor make-up air units that include a furnace and a blower. Depending on your requirements, the duct furnace can be ordered with a number of options, such as: furnace and blower section only; furnace, blower and cooling coil section; furnace with a blower and downturn section; or furnace with a cooling coil and downturn sections.

Indirect indoor units come in gravity vent, power vent or separated combustion sections. Outdoor units are branded WeatherHawk and come in gravity and power vent sections only.

Lastly, Modine offers a indoor/outdoor direct-fired make-up line designed to provide an economical and efficient means of supplying tempered make-up air to a space or building.

Indirect Indoor Make-up Air (D-Series) – Modine gravity and power vented duct furnaces are specifically designed for low cost installations. For those with hostile atmospheric environments, a separated combustion model is available. All three options come in 11 sizes with input ranges from 75,000 to 400,000 BTU/hr and can operate on natural gas or propane.

Indirect Outdoor WeatherHawk MUA (H-Series) – Modine’s WeatherHawk make-up air unit is a weatherproof duct furnace with blower, cooling, and/or downturn plenum sections that was designed for use with a building’s air system. Available in 17 gravity or power vented model sizes, the unit covers a wide variety of applications with inputs ranging from 75,000 to 1,200,000 Btu/Hr. The unit can be customized to include a cooling coil section with either a factory installed DX/chilled water cooling coil or the coil can be provided by others.

Direct Indoor/Outdoor MUA (MDB/MRB) – Modine has developed the best in direct-fired, make-up-air units – the MDB (Single and Two Speed 100% Make-Up Air) and MRB (Fresh and Return Air). Designed to provide an economical and efficient means of supplying tempered make-up air to a space or building, our direct-fired, make-up air units are available in eight airflow configurations. All units are designed for indoor or outdoor mounting and have a 100% thermal efficiency.
